Aaj hum janenge padhai me man na lagne ke asli karan aur Padhai me man lagane ke nuskhe sath hi janege padhai karne ka sahi time kya hai.

Bahut se students aise hote hai jo padhai karne ki puri koshis karte hai fir bhi un students ka padhai mein man hi nahi lagta. Akhir iska karan kya hai ki kuch students ko to padhai se bahut lagao aur pyar hota hai jisse ve hamesha 1st bhi ate hai.

Par kuch students ko to books dekhte hi neend ane lagta hai ya kahe ve padhai me thik se focus hi nahi kar pate hai. jiski vajah se Ve students hamesha paresan rahte hai aur buri bat to ye hai ki unki problem ka solutions na hi ve khud dund pate hai.

Na hi unke teachers ya parents is problem ko solve karte hai. Padhai hamare life me bahut important hai iske bina future thoda muskil ho jata hai isliye padhai mein man na lagne ka upay dundna hi hoga.

Isliye aaj hum janenge ki akhir padhai me man kyu nahi lagta aur uske upay kya hai.

पढ़ाई में मन ना लगने के कारण  

1. मोबाइल और टीवी

Students ko padhai me man na lagne ka sabse mukhya karan hai Tv aur Mobile ka bahut jyada upyog karna hai. Aaj ke daur me to ye bahut badi samsya ban chuka hai aaj kal to bacho ko choti umra me hi mobile de diya jata hai.  jiski vajah se unka jyada time mobile me aur tv dekhte hi beet jata hai.

Jisse unke mind me tv aur mobile me dekhe jane wale chizo ka prabhav jyada badhne lagta hai. Jaise hi unhe mobile aur tv se door karo to bhi uska man Un chizo par laga hota hai. kahne ka matlab hai unka dimag kabhi shant nahi ho pata hai aur achi padhai hamesha shant dimag se hi hota hai.

Jyada TV aur Mobile se Unke mind me tv aur mobile ki duniya ghar kar jati hai aur jab ve padhne baithte hai to unke brain me vo khali jagah aur shanti nahi mil pata hai. Jiski vajah se students padhai me focus nahi kar pate hai aur unhe padhai me man nahi lagta.

Aise Students Jab tak koi test ya exam na ho students padhte to hai par vo quality nahi hota matlab students seriously study nahi karte hai.

2. जरुरत से ज्यादा दोस्त  

Humne aise kai students ko dekha hai ki unke jarurat se jyada dost hote hai. Jaise school ya college friends, ghar ke pass rahne wale friends, fir social media friends is tarah na jane kitne hi friends hote hai.

Jiski unki life me koi jarurat hi nahi hoti hai Fir bhi un friends ke piche apni important time ko waste karte rahte hai. Jiski vajah se chah kar bhi ve padhai me focus nahi kar pate hai fir padhne ka bhi man nahi karta hai aur dekhte hi dekhte waqt gujar jata hai yahi hal har roj ka hota hai.

3. लेट कर पढ़ना  

Bahut se students aise bhi hote hai jise let kar padhna acha lagta hai. Ye bhale hi apko acha lage par ye brain ke liye bilkul acha nahi mana jata hai. Ye bahut buri adat hai jise students ko bachna chahiye.

Kyoki jab aap let kar padhte hai to ye brain ko ek signal bhejta hai ki body relex hona chah raha hai. Jisse aap sust hote jate hai jiski vajah se bahut se students ko let kar padhne par 45 minutes ke baad hi neend ane lagta hai, unhe lagta hai ki books dekhte hi muje neend aa jata hai.

Isliye koshis kare ki aram dayak jagah par baith kar ya let ka na padhe. Acha hoga ki aap chair par baith kar ya fir niche zameen per baith kar padhe fir dekhiye apko padhne me kuch improvment jarur nazar ayega.

4. मानसिक रूप से कमजोर  

Sabhi bache ek jaise nahi hote sabki me apne sikhne ki ability alag hoti hai. Kuch bache aise bhi hote hai jo mentally weak hote hai jinko bachpan se hi padhai me man na lagna ya study karne me problem hoti hai.

Aise karno ki vajah se bhi ho sakta hai bache dusre normal bache ki tulna me kuch bhi sikhne me der lagate hai. Unko choti -choti bat bhi jaldi samajh nahi ata hai jiski vajah se bhi aise students bahut paresan rahte hai unka padhai me man hi nahi lagta.

Aise students ko sikhne me time jarur lagta hai per sikhte jarur hai. Parents ko chahiye ki aise bacho ko apni dekh – rekh me padhaye aur unhe hamesha encourage kare inhe kabhi bhi dusre bacho se tulna na kare.

5. सोशल मीडिया

Students ke life ko jo aaj sabse jyada kharab kiya hai vo hai social media. Social media aaj ki young generation ke liye nasha ki tarah banta ja raha hai jitna jyada upyog karte hai utna hi jyada iski lat padta ja raha hai. Jisse bahar niklna utna hi muskil hota ja raha.

Students subah hote hi jo sabse pahle kam karta hai vo hai social media ka upyog. Rat ko bhi sabse jyada social media me hi lage rahte hai yaha tak kuch to aise hote hai jo har 10 minutes me social media check karte hai.

Jab yahi hal raha to aap hi socho padhai me man kaise lagega uske mind me to Facebook , instagram aur WhatsApp ki hi bate ghumte rahega na is karan se hi students ka man padhai me nahi lagta.

6. ख़राब माहौल   

Bahut se students ke sath yah samaysa hota hai ki unke ghar ka mahol thik nahi hota hai. Jiske karan bhi aise students ko padhai karne me bahut dikkat hota hai aur unka man bhi padhai me nahi lagat hai.

Aisa kai karno se ho sakta hai jaise ghar me bahut jyada ladai jhagde hona ya fir ghar me shant mahol na mil pana jiske karan students ka padhai me man nahi lagta hai.

7. आपका जूनून  

Sabhi students ek jaise ho ye jaruri nahi kuch student normal to hote hai Padhai me bhi thik hote hai par jaise – jaise aise log bade hote hai unka passion padhai par havi hone lagta hai. Jaise kuch students sports me bahut jyada interest lete hai.

To kuch students singing, dancing ya fir kuch to din bhar computer me lage rahte hai. Isliye aise students ka in sab me jyada time nikal jata hai aur padhai me kam dhyan de pate hai.

पढ़ाई में मन लगाने के लिए क्या करें  

1. Mobile aur TV Ka Kam Upyog 

Sabse pahle aap Mobile aur TV ek nishchit time par hi dekha kare aur koshis kare ki aap mobile aur tv ka upyog kam se kam kare. Parents ko bhi chahiye ki bacho ko choti umra me hi mobile na de aur na hi unhe Tv jyada der tak dekhne de Tv ek limits time tak hi dekhne de.

Students free time me apni pasand ki books padhne ki adat banaye. Jaise motivational books, success story books reading kare jisse apka man books padhne me lagega aur jo apke study me bhi help karega.

2. Jarurat Se Jyada Friends Na Banaye

Jarurat se jyada friends banane se bache, iska simple aur asan tarika ek hi hai ki friends hamesha kam hi banaye aur hamesha waise friends hi banaye jo ache ho. Jo time ki important samjte ho aur jarurat padhne par apka sath bhi de meaningless friends apka sirf time waste karenge.

kuch ache aur kabil dost 20 meaningless friends se jyada ache hote hai, isliye aap hamesha friends me quality ko important de quantity pe nahi. Ache friends milna muskil jarur hai par agar apke pass kuch ache friends hai to kafi hai.

Agar apke pass ache aur kabil dost hai bhale hi 3 se 4 ho apko unse khus hona chahiye. Ye vahi friends honge jo apki lifetime dosti bhi nibhayenge ve apke har khushi aur gum me apka sath bhi denge.

3. Let Kar Na Padhe 

Students ko let kar padhne se bachna chahiye iske liye aap apko padte samay body posture par dhyan dena chahiye ki aap kis tarah bait kar padh rahe hai. Study ke liye sahi tarika ye hai ki aap ya to chair par baith kar padhe ya niche zameen par baith kar padhe.

Isse apko neend bhi nahi ayega aur padhai me bhi acha man lagega, study ke time apne body aur brain ko active rakhne ki koshis kare. Tabhi apko padha hua chiz ache se yad bhi hoga aur padhne ka bhi man lagega.

4. Confidence Badhaye

Mentally weak students ko normal students se jyada dhyan dene ki jarurat hai pahle to mentally weakness ke karan ko dundna hoga. jab karan pata chal jayega to uska solutions bhi nikal jayega kabhi – kabhi ye internal problem bhi ho sakta hai.

Ya fir confidence ke kami ki vajah se bi students apne apko dusro se weak samajne lagte hai. Koshis kare khud ko motivate karne ki, confidence badhane ke tarike dunde motivational books padhe dhire – dhire sab normal Ho jayega.

5. Social Media Kam Use Kare 

Social media ka upyog karna waise to bura nahi hai par ek limits tak hi uska upyog kare to acha hoga. Iske liye aap ek time nirdharit kar le aur din bhar me kam se kam time hi upyog Kare. Yah tabhi Ho payega jab aap social media me anjan logo se friendship na Kare.

Ajnabi se friendship aur bat karne se apka sirf time waste hoga aur kuch nahi. kyoki social media me fake log jyada hote hai jo  apko musibat me bhi dal sakte hai isliye in sab se bache.

6. Passion aur Study

Passion ya Interest hona achi bat hai par students ko is bat par bhi dhyan dena hoga hi study bhi bahut important hai. Bina padhe likhe agar aap succes mil bhi jaye to aap use samhal nahi paoge. Passion ya interest aur study do alag chiz hai Har students ko kam se kam graduation complete jarur karna chahiye.

Aap safal tabhi ho sakte ho agar aap in dono ka sahi balance bana kar chalte ho. Agar aap aisa karte hai to Apke liye yah ek acha mauka hoga life me bahut badi achievement hasil karne ke liye.

7. Sikhte Rahe 

Aap Chahe kitna bhi padhe par sikhne ki adat hamehsa banaye rakhe. Kyoki jitna aap school ya college me nahi sikh sakte utna aap bahar se sikh sakte ho.

8. Shant Mahol Me Padhe

Ghar ka mahol kharab hone se student par bahut bura prabav padta hai iske liye aap koshis kare kisi shant mahol me padhe apne personal room me hi padhe ya chat par jakar padh sakte hai ya fir library me jakar padhe.

9. Subah Padhe

Agar apko padhai me focus karne me pareshani aa raha hai ya yad karne par bhi kuch yaad nahi ho raha hai to aaj se hi apko Roz subah 5 baje padhne ki adat dal lena chahiye.

Kyoki subah ka padha hua jaldi yaad bhi hota hai aur lambe samay tak hume yad rakhne me asani hota hai. Isliye aap 5 se 7 baje tak padhai jarur kare isse apko fayda jarur hoga, suruvat me dikkat ho sakta hai par jab aap adat bana loge to sab thik ho jayega.

Humne yaha padhai me man na lagne ke karan aur uske upay bataye hai. Aise aur bhi kai karan ho sakte hai padhai me man na lagne ke isliye sabse pahle to aap yah sochna chhod de ki aap padhai me kamjor hai uske bad aap us karan ko dunde aur uske upay kare.
